Hello
Hello there just joined up here because I need people to talk to and I would like to help other people through depression, I'm from England and have had depression for about 4-5years now but I used to never go outside due to it but now a days I go out alot to the gym etc, but I still feel the same pretty much.
welcome to depression understood Zalent! Four/Five years is a long time to be dealing with depression, but I'm glad you venture out now - you should be proud of that! I hope you visit the chat room affiliated with this site if you have not already, because there are a lot of kind folks in there who understand exactly where you're coming from, I'm sure. Good Luck to you and hope to talk to you soon.

Not a problem. Feel free to join and visit, observe the chatters and how things go. There are several chatters that do that. They feel safe just reading,
For those that finally joined in talk have said the room has truly helped. Just being able to read they have seen the support, found some answers/suggestions for their questions/feelings.
No pressure on you, just suggesting something that has truly helped others.
