and it keeps replaying in my head over and over like some broken tape that is stuck on the reel and I am trying to keep my head above water but the waves keep crashing over me and I can't catch my breath feels like dying over and over and the darkeness is so black like a hole in my life and my heart that I can't fill it just keeps getting deeper and I can't climb out

I know exactly how you feel. Im suffering terribly with similar problems, but you have to take each hour as it comes. Im hoping one day to climb outta the hole, and hope you can do. Hopefully we'll see each at the top in the sunshine. Feel free to pm me to chat anytime.
