Thatoneguy, I think you are doing just fine in the communication department. I would note that this writer, balcony, has a special aversion to smiley faces in written language.
Thatoneguy, you will find interest and motivation if you nurture your own talents and interests. Many times the struggle can be to determine what those are....take heart, it will come. Clearly, shopping for shoes is not one of them, lol. I am sorry that relationship ended, all endings have traces of sadness even if the relationship was not what you wanted.
I hope things improve for you, Hug.

You are right to show support for Thatoneguy but at the same time, it does not help a person to be less than honest with him or her. To pretend that his writing style is fine, when in reality it is not, does not help him. Unfortunately others will not tell him the truth, they will just tune him out under the impression that --- "Why should I go through verbal hoops trying to figure out what he is trying to tell me."
As far as your objection to smiley faces, you are certainly in a minority with your opinion on that subject, but if it turns your crank, good luck to you.

What can I say other than --- [b] EXCELLENT ADVICE. I'll respectfully refrain from using a smiley face here, even though I think it is appropriate at this juncture. Instead I'll just say --- Cheers to you.
