travelling through the dark

Postby gentleconundrum » Wed Jan 18, 2012 11:41 am

Hello. :)

I'm female, in my 40s, and work 28 hours a week. I've lived with depression and anxiety most of my life. I am learning, with professional help, to safely manage and contain this, and am recovering well. Life and work at the moment is very stressful, which is why I'm here, for a bit of companionship and comfort.

Thank you.
I'm not so much a chat room person.

Thank you for understanding, Lisa.

It's ok to use just the forums, isn't it?

yes..do what makes you most comfortable. Chat exposes you to more people and more topics...that can prompt new ideas and give new insight into things but it is a personal choice. Good Luck.
