Wise words from both of you (((( XFSmiles )))), (((( Warmie )))). It is indeed a difficult thing to do, at times it almost feels like learning a foreign language, trying to take a phrase from " Depressed " language and translate it into " Waste not fresh tears over old griefs " language.
Still, I do believe that it is worth the effort. Perhaps, like many things, the very effort, the practice, the repetition of " challenging " my negative thoughts and feelings is of value. As the old joke goes:
Lost out-of-town tourist: " How do I get to Carnegie Hall " ?,
New York resident: " Practice, lady, practice..."
