Hello! Welcome to the forum.
If I had to say I had anything, I would say I am mildly depressed at times, but I do feel it is within normal bounds now. It's much less than what it used to be, since I addressed some of my health issues. What it used to be before (bipolar-like symptoms): rapid cycling of moods, the sky-is-falling almost every day of the week, down in the dumps feeling, hyper--so much so I couldn't sleep (manic phase).
Unfortunately, I do have a bit of a fear of bugs, particularly cockroaches and centipedes. In general, I don't like things that jump out at me, as sometimes I get startled easily & can thoroughly freak out, although I try to control my reaction.
I did at one point have a mineral deficiency. (That was awful.) Also, I appear to be allergic to flour but tend to fare better when I go the whole wheat, whole grain route.
A few years ago, I did have a couple of seizures. That has sorted itself out somewhat & now I appear to have a heart problem (probably from stress & anger or maybe something hereditary).
The only medicine I am on currently is for my heart (atenolol, generic). It does wonders for my pulse, my mood, chest pain, headaches, high perspiration and finally my nerves. (My palms aren't even sweaty anymore--and they were like that since I was a child....)
That's about it....
