Sad, frightened, tense, that "out of body" feeling. Tired.

(((((Jaymn))))))) I hope that feeling goes away soon....

I am okay--maybe a little too alert (but that may mean I didn't drink enough water/water-based liquids yesterday). Well, tomorrow is a new day, and I can do better then.

Edit: Oh darn it! I think I'm having a flare up from the food allergy. Yuck!!! The only thing I didn't drink yesterday was tea water yesterday. Man, that was such a mistake!! I am also seriously considering dropping all starches/carbs from my diet now. (I'm not sure I can take this much longer.)

Noooo, I'm itching almost all over!!! Noooooooo, I can't sleep! Noooo! It's all because of the allergic reaction I'm having!! Even my eyelids are itching... Nooooo! I am choosing humor for this situation right now, instead of a negative emotion. (Trying to save my heart, ya know!) :)

((((((((((((((( Crystal )))))))))))))))))

Hope you get it in control soon. I get sun poisoning and I so know that itching feeling, yuck!

Today, first day off from my new job, done laundry, set meds up, got the trash out for the pick-up time. Must go food shopping, well the list is there, will get it done for tomorrow I go back to work. (I will get back into the routine of the job. Took 2 years to get back to it, but hey, NO more surgeries, LOL)

Make it the best day possible. (((((((((((( All )))))))))))))))

am feeling utterly exhausted, new medication seems to be turning me into a zombie, been falling asleep early in evenings yet struggling to wake up properly in morning - have only just achieved proper consciousness and it's 10.30 UK time. and feel sick as a dog, have been having that anyway as so stressed but seems even worse

maybe it acts as a mood stabiliser just cos I'm too tired and sick to feel much of anything?!

Its my first time using the forum today and I feel alittle nervous about sharing my thoughts with everyone.
I'm having a really bad day i've turned to this website as a way of i dont know support. I feel really alone right now no one seems to understand how i'm feeling. I hate feeling this way it just comes like a big black cloud over my head and sucks me right in the middle of it. I wish i felt happy right now like other people my age.
Just keep thinking sometimes i dont want to be here anymore.

I've felt sad and tired all day. No interest and no exercise today. Maybe I can start feeling better tomorrow.

I've never used a site like this before so i'm still trying to get the hang of it. I havint been out the house for days just feeling really crap and tired, i cant seem to sleep at the mo. Maybe i should get out and just go for a walk or something. Work hasint bothered to pay me as well . Maybe i should sing the song "the only way is up baby" anything to cheer myself up.

Feeling human today, sorting issues out in life. This will be good for me in the end.
