i am feeling very fed up

i am feeling very fed up to the point that i dont really want to carry on any more. i dont know who to turn to , people are turning me away. today i destroyed all my life achievements and i fel very empty.. these certificates were the things that i tryed so hard for but now they dont mean anything to me.

I'm really sorry that things seem so desperate for you right now. I really do think you need to speak to a counselor or call a hotline hon.

the doctors dont kow how to help

i have tried hotlines... they dont knwo how to help because i always feel like this.
