Problem finder

I seem to be more confused and scared than deppressed but occasionally I get upset and I've learned to run it off. Sometimes talking about problems makes you roll the snowball. This is not a Private forum so why should a patient feel comfortable to talk about anything?

Welcome to the forums.

If you mean 'run it off' by actually running, then good you can.

Sometimes just talking with people that share the same feelings and understand what you are feeling and going through, helps. Many think this, and they come here to do just that. While here they have made internet friends. This is good as well.

No, this isn't a private forum, but on the same hand we do not have 'patients' here. Why? There are no medical professionals here. We are simply peers sharing, getting support and giving support.

You are welcomed to type and share with us if you want. If you are uncomfortable doing that please know that there are no pressures for you to do so. Entirely up to you.
