hey Ken, once again thank you for your kind words, i have just been relaxing the past couple of days, trying to catch up on much lost sleep and i am feeling better, althi#ough the fire alarm kept going off last night for some unknown reason which woke me up 4 times, but i managed to stay calm which is usually unlike me, god knows the old me would have taken a hammer to it, but i managed to stay level headed and fix the problem, im trying to take a more loving view on life and at the moment its working a charm, and in a way the depression has made me aware of the important things in life, my family, and if it takes depression to make me realise just how stupidly important they are to me, then in a way its worth it and for the first time in years i am really excited at spending christmas with the people i love, i hope you have a wonderful christmas ken aswell as everyone else on this forum, you will be with me in my thoughts, love to you all xxx

this has lifted me to ,so glad you feel this way ,i to am going to make a real effort ,to see frans face today ,when i turned on the lights was
priceless,lets all have a good christmas ,we should enjoy it more than
