MY STOMACH IS MUCH BETTER TODAY I HAVE BEEN STOOD UP IN THE SHOP ALL DAY and i think its cos my stomach isnt sqaushed up ,,so im layed in bed at the moment ..ill try and keep my tummy stregthed out
