(((((((((((moo)))))))))))))))
nice to meet you! thank you very much, i'm glad that you liked my work.
i used to destroy all of my work, too... but i've found that if i put them away (even if i don't like them which often i don't) and pull them out sometime later on (days, months, whenever) i don't hate them so much. and i can see how i have grown, too, by looking back at them. not only in my styles or how much better i've actually gotten at different parts, but also because when i draw it's because something has affected me very much and i try to get those emotions out of me onto the page... i draw/paint/etc for myself, to get those out and express myself. it's an outlet. i can look back and see whre i've come from and see how far i've come from the bad places. so, yah, i do find that it helps me a lot. and it helps me to get out things that i can't always express in words. even if things don't make sense on that paper to anyone but me (and sometimes not even to me) they are from deep inside.
i don't know which site you're talking about, i have never heard of it... i've considered putting things up on different sites for different things, but it takes me a bit to warm up and get enough courage to do so.
thank you for the kind things you said!!! keep drawing and painting, it's one of the best outlets i know of. even if it's just a scribble or fingerpainting, it's a part of you, and that's what is important.
xx
