I had no fear that you were going to end your life, Ken, and I think it's ok to say what you are feeling if it makes you feel better. Know how I know you will not hurt yourself? Even through your depression, you can see how much you actually have in life. Your wife, who you are so in love with, and your children... who need and love you as much as you do for them.

Hang in there, Ken. All will be ok...

Glad to see that you're back Ken.
We have missed you.

You and your wife, are very fortunate to have each other. I am sure that she finds things easier, at least as easy as things can be when suffering from those infernal panic attacks, knowing that you are there for her.

Realize it must cause a lot of angst in your life. It is good to see that you are going to see s support worker on Friday. I suppose that it is Wednesday already, so you won't have too long to wait.

Also it was good to read that the birthdays went well. My kid's birthdays never were a happy time for me. I was always worried that they would be disappointed. They didn't have an easy life, with me being so ill for so many years. I think that I didn't do too bad.

At one point in my life, I took a cake decorating course a long time ago. After that I would try to make special cakes for their birthdays. I did end up taking pictures of them, but I don't remember anything specific other than the cake that I made for their dad one year. The kids and I worked together on making him a, yellow-polka dot bikini cake. I was very proud of that one.

Have, yet again, gone on too much about me.

Want to reinterate Ken, that I am glad you are back with us. Looking forward to hearing more of what is going on with you. Know that it can be pretty tiring to sit down at the computer sometimes.
