Hello all! This is my first foray into a depression forum. What should I say? My diagnosis is chronic depression, chronic panic disorder, and PTSD. 45 years of suffering and I have tried every type of treatment that I know of. Just wanted to reach out.

Hi there, sorry to know about long years with depression, i know how its not just have some days, or weeks bad, i know how its see a year after a year and dont feeling well at all. Try to see other forums too cause this isnt very active, theres another one called psych-central, mental health forum, psychforums, take this life, those are the ones i know. Good luck. Write your thoughts in forums its good.
