I would really love to start this post because it would mean a lot to me. I wanted to create this to post as many positive quotes that I could find so it will help anyone who reads these to keep holding on to life and never give up.

I would also love it if anyone else had any other positive quotes or sayings to add please write them here too for others to see.

The ONLY thing I ask is please... please NO negative comments. I know that when I am feeling down , sad , scared to death , hopeless and lost the very last thing in the world that I want to see is anything else sad , scary, dark minded or negative..... so please only post happy , positive and strong comments on here.


These are all quotes that I have searched the internet and found , none of these were written by me personally.

I just want to let everyone know that no matter how hard life is you HAVE TO KEEP HOLDING ON.

Don't forget you are human. It's okay to have a meltdown. Just don't unpack and live there. Cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed.

Keep trying , set small goals , focus on what you need to do to get there. Congratulate yourself and take a break ..... Then keep trying.
