hello

hello everybody,
I'm glad I've found this forum, a place where people understand what depression is. In everyday's life it's not so common to be understood if you have depression.
I'm so tired after many trials.
Is there light at the end of the tunnel?

There certainly can be light at the end of your tunnel, myhope. But the somewhat harsh truth is, you have to be willing to work for it. By "work" I mean begin work with a mental health professional and stick to the process you begin with that professional.

I know that's easier said than done. And it is hard. But, there is no hurry. You first need to start. And it may be slow going at first, but you are moving forward!!

If you commit to the process that is you, you will find your light.

Good luck

n.

Dear Nenkohai, thanks for your reply.

I'm seeing a psycotherapist since the end of May (today for the 5th time).

My greetings and good wishes.
