baby steps

so I started something today. I had a check up to get started on depression meds. I have my first counseling appointment next week. kind of scared kind of excited hopefully I keep my courage up and make it to my appointment next week. hugs to everyone out there. take care of yourself.

I went, she thinks bipolar, like I thought. Happy I can get help, horrified that the word is in my records now.

Good job taking the first step! Remember, everyone has some sort of issue and the course of your life is in many ways determined by your ability to overcome obstacles. :)
