What's going on, Ken? What happened? Keep remembering that you will rise... you ALWAYS will. Try to tell your family... you need them as much as they need you.
Unconditional love, Ken. What would you do if your wife and/or children had this problem? Judge and turn your back? Or help them in any way possible... there is your answer.

Ignorant person leaving you an abusive comment!! Not cool. Not cool at all. Not only can't they appreciate your imagination, but they have no place in a support forum if they cannot be supportive!!
Please share more about your family and life, Ken. Would love to hear about it! I'll tell you a little more about me... to be fair.
As you know... my name is Amy, I'm 33 and live with my Siberian Husky, Dakota. I lived through an emotionally and financially abusive 6-year relationship, and now, two years later, I'm luckily, with a new and wonderful man that I now know is the love of my life! Although we are a long-distance relationship at the moment, I am happier with him than I have ever been with anyone else, and we plan to marry and have babies one day very soon.
I'm a social worker for children's services in New Jersey, America, and I do suffer from pretty bad health anxiety which leads to generalized anxiety disorder. That's me in a nutshell!!! Anything else, just ask!

I also, am not sure what kind of person can neglect animals. I admire you for not being able to turn your back on these poor things, and by taking them into your home. Sounds like they become important members of your family.
I can certainly testify to the fact meds, just like people, are all different.
One that can do wonders for one person, can be duds for others. Though I think that it is always benefical to hear someone else's experience with certain drugs. You may be able to mention something, that your doctor hasnt' heard about, and it might be the one for you.
I also have always been hesitant to tell my partners just what is going on in my life in regards to my mental health. I turns out that they appreciate it. Both the fact that I confided and also that sometimes it might explain my rather "odd behavior". Sometimes they are somewhat taken aback, but have recovered quickly and it has helped to know that they are in my corner. I am sure that any support that your wife might be able to give you, might help immeasurably.
Before I sign off. I think that I have read most of your postings and have no idea why someone would mouth off to you. Very inappropriate. If they had problems with it, all they had to do is push the next button. Obviously their opinion isn't shared by others.
Don't let their action make you hold back. We all want to be able to keep up with what is going on in your life.

Ken, to see the difference in you since you began posting has been incredible! It's nice to hear you hopeful and positive about things, and totally aware that Russ is in there - seems you are beginning to embrace him.
And as for forgiving yourself - HALLELUJAH!!!! You know that you deserve that forgiveness, and you are, I'm sure, the only one who did not get down to the business of forgiving and forgetting.
I really do think that life is a series of forgiving ourselves for mistakes we made when we were younger. No matter what age we are now, we will always continue to make mistakes and have to look back at them, having learned a lesson, and forgive ourselves.
Good for you, Ken. Be proud of yourself!!!!
