i'm not really sure what to say

feel a little shy about this

i guess i should look around and then jump in with my comments, or something, i'm not sure?

this is really hard for me because i'm always judged and it makes it extremely hard for me to talk and open up

I know what you mean. Everyone judges whether they mean to or not. I really have no one I would want to open up to totally so I'm jumping in here hoping for thebbest, cause I really think I need to vent and get validation. Hope you feel comfortable enough to jump in at your own pace also.

Hi emily67, welcome to the Depression Alliance site. Im really glad to meet u and get to know you.

You mentioned a bit about urself just now which is always good to know about someone before assuming that u know them already.

I just wanna say, theres no need to feel like u cant speak on here because everyone has come here for the exact reason and the while point about this site is to share your story with everyone to bring a bit of perspective.

Therefore if you have any problems you can always go to the mods who are in charge of this site making sure this fuctions smoothly on here.

Also if u feel like you want to get to know people on here a bit more then we also got the chatroom where most people come together and talk. You may want to try that but theres no rush if u dont feel ready.

i was unaware that their was a chatroom here, and that maybe will be something i'd be interested in in the future. (perhaps it will be easier for me just to talk to someone as in 1 individual?), i'm not sure
