There's always going to be people putting you down with whatever choices you make, just need to learn to ignore them and not let their negativity or preferences affect you. Just do what makes you happy, you can't please everyone!

I think red hair looks great btw, very nice for the summer! I'm thinking of tinting mine purple x

your familiy's opinions arent the only ones that matter (I'm sure youre friend is more likely to be unbiased and honest) but if its really that bad (or you can`t stand the comments) you could always redye it, it's not like hair colour is permanent
