I have had depression most of my adult life, but lately it is getting worse. I am on anti-depressants, but they don't seem to be helping. I am not interested in very much these days, and mostly want to stay in bed and hide from the world. I have been taking lots of clonopin to help me just sleep thru the day. I just don't see the point of going thru this everyday and fighting the same battles everyday. I'm trying so hard not to fall off the edge, but it just seems to be so enticing...
Any helpful input would be greatly appreciated.

trying to sleep all the time is not a healthy practice.
trust me i did that, but my problems did not go away they just waited for me outside the front door !
i got myself into a routine, getting up at a certain time , going to bed at a certain time.
going for walks in nature or a park helps to give your self a new perspective
take care
