Just lately I have been feeling ever so numb and I mean numb. My whole body as just been numb and been feelingkke there is nothing there like I am completely lost and don't have a clue where I am or who I am anymore.
I feel like I am a complete different person, but don't know where I've gone.
I just feel completely numb and don't know why.
Could this be the medication I'm on?
Could it be my depression?
Could it be my pregnancy/miscarriages?
Could to be the panic attacks?
Does anybody know what it could be?
Does anyone or has been feeling numb?
Feeling so numb

Wow, I read your post and had to hold back tears. I feel exactly the same way. I gave birth about a year ago and about 5 months later I was pregnant again but had to abort. I feel like I'ma complet ely different person and I don't know how to get myself back. I'll feel ok on some days, I rarely ever feel great. It's just a numbness that consumes me. It makes me sad that there's someone who feels what I feel, but at the same time it's a relief that I'm not alone. I really hope you find happiness.

The numbness is the worst! You have to reconnect yourself with your life. Find a new passion. Find something you really enjoy and latch on and don't let go. Find new music that you really like, a new activity, a new friend. Something to tie you back to reality and hope. For me, I felt as if I was watching myself in a movie. I felt no connection to my body at all. I didn't belong. But what grounded me was singing. I began singing more and more until I was just singing all the time, but the simple act of hearing my voice made all the difference. It was like "oh hey! That's my voice! I exist!"
Stay strong! Good luck!
