may be i am wrong alwz!

Postby saragupta » Sun Aug 11, 2013 3:43 am

I think there is something wrong with me!

Whenever...i mean thru out my life...wenever i try to be like "Me With People" i alwz end up as "I vs People"
That too without any fight or anything rubbish. Earlier i used to think like "he dint understand me or she dint understand me. But now i think that it is just impossible that everyone can't understand me. May be i am too much complicated or i don't know "pathetic" that they just enjoy being with me for a while and then....gone!

I need to work upon myself. On my flaws. I will have to untie the knots of entangled wirings in my head.
Please god help me!

"tangled wiring in my head" Yup. Don't ever doubt, even when they leave, that many of them still love you. I've come to realize; yes it's true, even if it sounds arrogant, I am too complicated. What ever else may work in my life, I will always suffer from this.

So they may leave, they can only take so much, they need to keep their own wires from getting tangled. But that doesn't mean they stop liking you, they won't stop loving you or wishing the best for you.

A book I am reading called "Engineering Happiness" talks of having many balls in the air. That's a pretty good metaphor for my life, too may balls in the air. He say's something important about those balls. Sometimes a ball gets dropped, maybe it bounces, maybe you catch it, maybe not. That's part of life. But he talks of crystal balls, more precious, more fragile. These are metaphors for our family relationships; balls we must take special care to protect and handle with care.

They may seem high in the air and far away sometimes, but we must keep an eye on them; they most likely will be back. We must try to be ready to receive them with with our hearts open.

Hi saragupta,
I'm glad you chose this forum; It's very helpful, insightful and does not seek to judge. Can also be a bit humorous! Nevertheless, there are various people who can assist in numerous ways, and we do have one anothers best interests at heart. :) It's always refreshing to me to see a new member open up about themselves. (fairly new myself) But it's refreshing to know I'm not alone!

You seem like a nice, respectable human-being & shouldn't have any problems making friends here. Interestingly, the concept of varying types of balls were mentioned, comparing the differing relationships we hold in life. Hmm. I could add my own spin on this--no pun intended. Haha. Guess I sorta feel like a glass frisbie. Presently, I feel like a swiftly spinning disk, whose inevitable crash has the potential to be earth-shattering. Frightening. No way to slow down. Don't want to surge forward in time. Wish I could just halt myself, to then change my surroundings.

Hi 4everme!
Everyone says "i don't fly wen i am praised". But pleeease! Those are just lies. Everyone feels good when praised. Plus, i am a GIRL, so it's my copyright. Heh ha ha. Just kidding. Thanks a lot for praising me.
Yeah, i make friends quiet easily. But i do take some time to get comfortable and open up with new ppl...it's natural i guess!
But sometimes, U know...it's like u unknowingly become "near to introvert personality" from a very an easy going persona!

But yes! i find it difficult to be frnds with those who flaunt their fake styles and pomp and show types...and always praising themselves unnecessarily. And u know those "attention seeking people"...who think people around should always think about them only. But when their own turn comes, they have nothing to do with what others have been going through.
I like those people who consider their parents first in their life, and 2nd they consider to do what is appropriate and right in their lives instead of following their hearts blindly without giving it a thought, and those who give a sensitive warm understanding to others feelings! And i guess a true frnd shld alwz let her or his frnd know what is wrong and what is Ryt..without worrying about Wat he or she wil think.
Okay i think i am going overboard! :p .

Yes 4ever, on this forum i also feel the same way that i am not the only one on this planet feeling so low or having problems in life.
But u know Wat, after reading about others problems i started feeling slightly bad about myself. I mean, there are so many people here, who have so many big monstrous problems but still they are trying in their lives....and they are also trying to guide others too.(on this forum). Everyone seems to be trying to stand strong against the tornado.
And then, i look at myself, whining over small small issues!! May be this is the reason why i have not open up, with the details of my story, on this forum, yet.

I know a bit about ur problems too, like i said in my last post. So wanting a halt in life is totally understandable. Life has made u to run for very long that too under the sun! So it's but natural to seek some rest under the tree and breeze for a while!
Life sometimes makes u to forget, exactly who u were and what u ve become. At that time, heart wants a "ME Time".

I mean like when we make our computer do multiple tasks all at once, it hangs sometimes! And we click on refresh button multiple times and the system is normal again.
I wish god had put a "REFRESH" button on humans also. Ha ha. Was just trying to add humor. I understand how it feels when life starts controlling u instead of the vice versa!

Hello 4everme,
(here, i am talking about the posts we shared with each other in frame's forum.)
I thought u were talking about me too in ur post...i mean, in the second paragraph starting with my name...U wrote:-

I do notice that you wear a smile each day, regardless of your pain. Hopefully, you'll be able to vent off more steam here.

So these were ur words for which i was thanking u!
But never mind. It's Oki.

Are u talking about Dr. Sanjay gupta, having md medicine and lifestyle management degrees. I have never seen his show or him but have heard about him.
No no i am not a relative of sanjay gupta. It's a simple coincidence that the Indian doctor u know (who comes on tv) shares my surname.

Hi Saragupta,
I know what you mean by the artificial types. Believe it or not, there are people who scream Armegeddon when they break a nail. Wish MY life was so very difficult! But goodness...The only thing worse than breaking a nail is breaking two. Like..."Please help me, for I am slooowly dying!" I'd have to answer, "Then please do...and take w/u your ugly, whiney, mop of a dog thing." HaHa! We all need a bit of humor...and one less poodle. (kidding)

Now I've lost my ideas! But what I wrote triggered a memory of something I recently witnessed. While standing in line at the dollar store, I saw a 'slow' man approach a woman and politely complain he had no cash. He also stated he was "SO hungry." While waiting outside for my cab, I saw the same woman this man had spoken to. Out of no where, came a small dog sniffing through the parking lot.The woman, who didn't help the man, made a MAJOR fuss. "Oh! The poor thing! He must be SO hungry! Just Loook!" She tossed a cookie its way. It was promptly rejected...

So...my point was that the needs of the hungry man were basically rejected. Just minutes later, the "Oh so pooor, hungry dog" rejected the cookie. The dog actually RAN from it, and didn't even return to sniff it over. I guess the dog wasn't famished, after all. Okay, I admit...I mentioned something to this woman. I said something like, "Well, he's wearing a collar and doesn't look thin; I'm sure he belongs to someone." The woman said she didn't know, but continued to go on about "what a poor thing he is" and "He's just SO alone" and "This is just so heart-breaking," etc. Sara, I am an avid animal lover-dogs especially! I just didn't see what looked so "sad" about it! I asked the woman if she knew "where that hungry man went to?" Annoyed, she replied she "didn't know, and could barely afford to feed herself- let alone HIM." In my heart, I was kickin MYSELF in the butt, because I wished I'd helped him! Sorry! I went off on a tangent, Sara. SO, NO MORE! But do u own any dogs/cats? They can help w/depression...

hi

Postby saragupta » Fri Aug 16, 2013 3:59 am

Hi
Don't be sorry, i first mentioned about this category of people. U were just giving a live example of those kind of people.

Naaa i don't have a pet. But yes, i am more of a dog person. I don't like cats. I alwz get this "villain type" of feeling from their faces. Never found them cute. I am sorry if u or anybody here is a cat lover and reading this. Ha ha ha.
My friend had two dogs totally opposite to each other. One was German shepherd and other was pomerian. The moment i used to enter her home. Both the dogs used to jump over me with so much love. Let me sketch that whole scenario,
The cute little pomerian could manage to reach upto my knees only. And he used to bark like "kaaun kaaun kaaaun" He looked like a kindergarten child.
BUT, The German Shepherd! Oh my god he used to stand on his rear legs...putting his front legs on my shoulders (i am not that tall) and used to bark like "BHO  BHON  BHO BHON!!!!"
I used to enjoy his love for me but at the same time i used to get scared also. I literally used to speak to him "okay buddy, i love u too! now please get off of my shoulders and stop scaring me please." i used to call my frnd's mother to take them away. Because my frnd used to enjoy the scene!
After a few years they went to another city to live.

Pets need a lot of time of yours to take care of them. They are like an infant. And i know i won't be able to manage that much time! But some day i will get a dog for sure!! Ha ha heh ha.

Hey saragupta,
Naaaah! I'm not offended by your dislike of cats, cuz I don't like em either! Every once in a while I've ran across a cute one. Well...cute for a cat, that is! I've just never been too crazy about them. I know what you mean by the 'villian look.' To me, they either have that 'Feed me, but leave me alone' look, or they're playful to the point of sometimes biting or scratching the ankles. Not my cuppa mocha. Haha.
You DID mention my favorite kind of dog--the German Shepherd! I especially like the ones with the pure German pedigree; They grow HUGE... Might as well just call them barking horses. Haha! I like most medium to large sized dogs. The bigger the dog, the more chow he eats. I probably won't own a dog for a little while. (not because he'll eat-Ha)! It's because when I own one, I want to make sure he gets enough walking/exercise. But hopefully, he is all void of bladder, because I don't want to get up throughout cold nights to take him out.

Ya ya i completely agree with ur description about the cats that face of "feed me but then leave me alone". They never show affection. Plus they stare at u as if they want u to stand when they enter the room. Where as dogs they want u to hug them the moment they smell u at the gate. I like German shepherdthe brown ones, and Labrador not black but i like those cream colour ones. And i don't like those dogs i don't know the name of their breed, hmmm, the one comes in vodaphone or airtel advertisement. I think those are Pugs. They appear lazy, always drooling saliva, and the look on their face is please love me or i ll die...sob sob. Where as German shepherd and that yellowish white Labradors are like hey come on lets have fun. Don't worry u will be fine and i will take care of u. And if u search on internet u will find these two creeds to be among the top 10 breeds of dogs on account of intelligence and learning and caring.
I am sorry, i am too much when it comes about dogs!
;)
One thing i just forgot to mention about, to take revenge from my friend i used to make her pomerian dog stand in front of the mirror. Poor fellow used to think its another dog in the same house...he used to keep barking and scratching the mirror and used to throw away all the stuff my friend had arranged beautifully on the desk of mirror.
Who said angels can't have red horns by the side of their golden ring or halo what ever it is.

Haha! Let's just start our own 'pet page.' I could go on and on about dogs too!
Yes, I know what you mean about cats..."Enter the room and bow to my frisky, feline highness...Now, get your self lost."
That's hilarious- the way animals act when you place them infront of a mirror. Endless entertainment! So, it's doubly-funny. First, they believe they're seeing another dog in the mirror. But they ALSO believe that this 'other dog' is mimicking everything they say and do! I'm sure it both confuses them and ticks them off! Grrrr...
I've seen a couple dogs figure it out though. Yeah, I like retrievers, labs shepherds, etc. I'm no fan to days and nights of endless slobber though. Cujo ever comes to mind. LOL !
