It's all about me...

Postby JohnnyB » Fri Jul 26, 2013 8:11 pm

Finally diagnosed about 20 years ago after always not feeling "quite right".
Diagnosed as depressed then later Bi-polar II (finally!).
Lithium saved my life, literally.
In therapy for 15 years.
Latest is Psychotherapy which has actually helped the most.
Previous (3) Psyhiatrists/therapists all either retired or died.
Talk about feeling abandoned!
Police have been to my home only once.
Tried to end it twice.
The thought of it is on my mind every day.
I've been to the edge and looked down.
Not going there.

I just work on it every day.

Wow Johnny, that was concise. Really glad you've found some good help along the way. A lot of people here can relate. Mental health issues can be so difficult to properly diagnose and treat.

Good luck

Numerology for Depression and other Mental disorders.

Postby Numerology12 » Mon Aug 05, 2013 2:48 pm

I am a Numerology researcher. I have treated people of depression using Numerology. Its the process of changing ones name/name spellings. One has to write the name 30-40 times daily in a notebook. From 30 to 100 days, depressions or other disorders see considerable improvements.

This has been discovered after extensive research that our name has a co-relation with our date of birth. If its not harmonious it gives all kind of problems.

Numerology is the answer to this dis-harmony.

People interested to join and follow the procedure are welcome

I'm sorry numerology 12, but this sounds like absolute drivel. It would be impossible to prove that the date of your birth and your name somehow cause you to be a certain way.

Mental health issues are still misunderstood by most and those who don't understand either dismiss it or have some kind of fear. You can lose your job or be refused advancement if identified as "mentally ill" even though you are a productive, well functioning (most of the time) person. It seems that being bi-polar is popular right now but if more celebrities will "out" themselves regarding any kinds mental health issues, maybe someday there will be a better understanding.

I truly wish I could "just snap out of it". Or I was just "being dramatic" and not affected by this disorder. So for now, I take my mood stabilizers and work on it. I hope to be med free someday. My psychiatrist tells me my chances aren't good but there is no harm in having a desire to be well. The meds kind of make me "flat" although my Lamictal is not as bad in this area as full doses of lithium are.

As for numerology, I think most of us would like it to be that simple.

And so it goes...
