Hello everyone. I am Mel. I am a long time sufferer of social anxiety and depression. I am joining this site to try to connect with others who suffer from the same problems and can relate.

Yes, I second miststarshine. Going a bit further I suggest you do a lot of reading in the forum and, when you're comfortable choose the people you are the most comfortable with and choose them as friends with whom to have open and helpful dialogues.

Hi I am new here to found this site after much searching not that good on computer I'm afraid. I to suffer with depression and anxiety in need of friendly ear some times hope things improve for us all x

I suggest you do a lot of reading in the forum and, when you're ready to talk openly and honestly contact the people you are the most comfortable with and choose them as friends with whom to have open and helpful dialogues.
