I'm so sorry for your losses, and being a full time carer sounds really difficult, and not something that people can understand how demanding it is. Have you had a look into some sort of talking therapy? I think it's quite common and necessary for carers of family members to seek that out, and I think it would be a really good release, someone to let all of these thoughts and feelings and grief to.
