What makes me down is that I started a diet on Jan 2. People use to lose 4-8 lbs per week with this diet. I only lost 5 pounds since de beginning (in 3 weeks). The doc said it may take more time to my body to accutumate to the diet. But to tell the truth, it's not very motivating... I do lot of sacrifices everyday in my diet and it gives mostly nothing. But I want to keep going. But this small result puts me on a down.
And there is a man at work I think is very cute and very attractive to me. Today I found out he is married.
That's life.
