Book about depression I found helpful (for free)

I got a cheap book on Amazon about natural ways to treat your depression. As a person who has suffered from depression on occasion and have family members who struggle with it I found it very insightful. I definitely would recommend it! It's called "You Can Cure Your Depression." I got it for .99 cents earlier this year but apparently it's going to be free this weekend and early next week. It's available on Amazon I believe, I don’t know about elsewhere. Just thought I’d share!
