can i rest at last tonight

the storm is passing now ,i think the visitor has done with me for now
while i was deep inside myself ,i could hear the phone ring ,two or three times during the afternoon ,ive just realised it was my therapist ringing ,its friday my telephone appointment ,the visitor distracted me ,how clever it has become ,its 9.45pm here in the uk ,im gonna get some rest now ,im listening to nirvana ,so there are four of us here now ,myself and russ,
kurt,and the visitor , goodnight . im tired and i long for sleep ,but when the sandman comes the demons to my mind will creep
