I think if a person is struggling with mental health issues, he should try to open to someone whether it would be a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, family or a friend or just anyone. Way too better than medication. If someone thinks your medicines were helping you please resume them as per your doctor’s advice. But I would recommend everyone to talk to a therapist. Now that I'm past that I'm so happy that I get the right support. So please for your sake don't do anything regretful and try to seek help, depression should not be something to be ashamed of and it can be cured. Good Luck Everyone.
