New to this. Hello
Hello all. I'm really glad I found this forum site and am looking foward to talking to people like me. I've been battling depression and anxiety my whole life and only recently have been able to come out and share with others. I've also recently started taking meds for the first time for this and am looking for any input or helpful info. Also any information on alternative types of meds or self help practices out there. Thanks for listening. Peace

So what is working for you all?
Interesting to think about "What does not suck?"
I was thinking this morning about all the types of patience I need to cultivate to get by.
Spent two hours trying to get an outdoor light bulb to work. Lightbulb fixture is motion detector and has three switches and two bulbs. Eventually got one of the two bulbs to come on. Need to check it again tonight to make sure that motion detection turns on at night.
Project sucked. Thinking about names for the different types of patience I was trying to use in the process of elimination for the problem helped. Like doing a crossword puzzle or a sudoku. Would not have been able to do that without the meta thoughts.
