Hi all. I am having a problem and I hope you guys have some advice.
I have major depression.
I also have 35+ allergies.
Believe it or not; that is not my problem in this instance. Well, kind of.
What I do to care for my allergies makes me depressed.(stay inside, don't kick up the dust(household), stay away from animals, plants...basically, stay away from LIFE)(Thank God for poodles!)
But, what I do to care for my depression; makes my allergies worse.(take a walk, go camping, have a weinie roast, take my child to the park, play with her outside.)
I am in a "catch 22." Anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any that you could give me. Thanks!
Advice please!

Thanks Emotional77
Thanks for the suggestion. Yup, I have an appt. with my allergy specialist the 25th of this month. Hopefully, she can figure out something that lets me enjoy the outdoors without the punishment afterwards.
