Hi my names Robert I'm 23 and I've been suffering for depression for over a year now. I keep hoping it'll just go away but it wont it just keeps coming back wave after wave and I hate it. Don't give up hope. Aside from all who answer your post, there are plenty of others listening, so don't give up hope.

You mentioned that your depression began around a year ago? Was there something that triggered it's onset? Have you seen a doctor yet, or are you just waiting to see what unravels?
