Suffered from depression months now and finding it pretty hard.
Dropped out of college, because my depression got too much to handle.

I understand how you feel. I am in the same shoe you do. I have been depress all my life. Do you discuss your symptom with your doctor yet? The depress comes and goes all day long. Hope its won't stay with you too long. My symptom is off and on, 2 hours depress, 2 hours release etc... Hope this make sense to you.

Hi Abbz -- Do you have anyone you can talk to? Parents? Siblings? Teachers? Friends? Other relatives? I think it's good to talk online with people who have similar problems, but sometimes we all need some in-person help. Maybe you could talk to a doctor or a therapist? In the meantime, keep talking here. Before you had to drop out of school, what were you studying?

Yes I have- I'm on anti-depressants from my GP depressed all day long.

I have a support worker, speak with mum(sometimes)...
I was studying childcare(my second year)...
They want me to do counselling?
