i need help its my 21st in a few months and i dont want to celebrate my mums planed for my family to come from the north island of new zealand to the south how do i tell her to cancel i would rather hide in a hole then do anything. also i have started self-harming myself it dosnt happen very offten just when i feel so lost and alone what do i do.
