I'm 38 yrs old.i feel sick to my stomach on a daily basis.crazy headaches everyday.the feeling of helplessness day after day.no family to speak on.no close friends to lean on.i don't know the purpose of this item called life.i am searching for an answer.i do not drink.nor do i take illegal drugs.right now i'm on Tylenol pm's.they help with my crazy headaches and assist me in the insomnia that i have been dealing with since 1993.what is going on within me? i don't know.i cannot go see a dr for i have no health insurance of any kind.i cannot get medicaid for i do not meet the requirements to recieve that care.life is like plane crash,no matter what happens you'll never be the same.so,my fellow depressed mates,what advices do you have that may be worth helping? So sorry to hear that you have so much going on. Somedays it seems as all that we are able to deal with is getting through that particular day. On days like these even the smallest steps have to be seen as victories. Try not to expect more of yourself than you are able to achieve on these days. Take care and keep posting!
