Um hi...
Signed up back in January, been suffering ongoing depression several years now. I try to use cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to avoid the kind of illogical spirals that lead into suicide and such, but I don't seem to figure out how to solve the conditions making me unhappy. Feel quite stuck.

Hello Tyciol... I can't say I have an answer for you. But I'm glad you're here.
I signed up back in January also and am grateful to have found a forum like this place. Writing, reading and being here helps me; especially on the days when my emotions are a roller coaster to inevitable disater. Just know you are not alone. You can talk about everything or anything here and feel safe and secure that we will NOT be judged, and our emotions, feelings or thoughts are not dismissed. Most of the time everyone can relate in some manner or another.
Today is a difficult day for me of anger, frustration and irratabilty, but reading your post helps me see things in a differnet perspective. I feel stuck too. Thank you for sharing. I look forward to hearing more about you and maybe togather we can all walk this journey towards happiness, serenity or inner security.
