becos of my depression am pushing away my family i feel like i cant talk to them as i used too plus they dont understand i got low confindance dont leave the house much now my depression is just getting out of hand feel like taken the easy way out

The good thing is that if you are seeing something is wrong, you can work to fix it. One of the 1st steps is identifying that something is not right or not what you want or not how it should be. (however you need to phrase it so it applies to you)

I'd help but I desparately need help my own self. I'm physically ill from a deep funk ive been in for the past two weeks out of no where although i suffer from depression and take meds. for some reason they just stopped working.
