i've never done this forum thing... i googled depression and this came up..

why, might you ask would i be googling depression? maybe i feel depressed?
don't know if im clinically depressed or whatever..
i feel so stuck in life..
i used to be so so alive and full of dreams, but now i feel like im just existing.

have thought about suicide many times, never tried tho.. i am afraid of the pain i would inflict on those around me..

on a lighter note.. i love music mainly alternative and jazz..
love good foods and some nice wine.. oh and i love my cats and dog

Welcome to the forums. Keep posting, you aren't alone in your feelings and it is good to have others that do understand share thoughts with.

There is also a chat room connected with this forum. Good place to talk with people as well. Hope you give it a try.

I also found this forum by googling support groups for depression.

I did it because I knew that I needed to have someone out there that I could share my feelings with. That I could sit down at the keyboard and just let it all out.

I had never been able to do share all the crap that was happening in my life. I was always dealing with people in person. It has been so fantastic to be able to type about my feellings and to know that there are people that are listening.

I can't see them but I know there are out there and that it is safe to share here.
