MORNING TO YOU ALL MY DEAR FREINDS .well weve got one day behind us now ,,it was a strain but i was feeling happy ,,and strangley enough i still do ,i dont know why i should feel this way ,with it comes the fear of the large fall i would take if it were to end ,if the visitor returns to take me ,you will hear me cry out in pain ,but i will stay strong because the gift i have been given of happiness was with me on the most important day

MORNING EVERYONE ,not long to go now ,get the new year out of the and we,ll start to feel a lot better im sure ,ive heard rom most of you my dear freinds over the last couple of days ,,so im feeling a little happier about that ,,the internet keeps going on and off hear ,started last night ,,,it was a very frightening feeling ,being cut off and alone ,,back on now though
we,ll you know that dont you lol ,,,i looked out the front of the house last night and im sure i saw the visitor out there with some cable cutters lol

because fran can see ive been feeling ok shes ask my daughters and there partners to go to the local pub tonight for a meal ,,well im sorry but its dragging me down ive treid to fight it but im petrifeid ,,i dont do well in public places and pubs scare me ,,frans got a bit ahead of me i think im feeling really very stressed and i feel very irritable and short ive managed to contain this ,,but as it gets nearer the worse im becoming
i do want to go but the bad part of me is telling me nasty things ,what can happen i cant be hurt can i ,surely just for an hour ,,life will look out for me and keep me safe ,,,thats it you see im scared of what i dont know
but im being overwhelmed ,,if i were on a ship i would jump overboard rather than do this ,,,,thanks for listening ,,,,,,,wishes ken xxxxxx

the meals over with ,only there an hour ,but it was still hard going ,
not as bad as i thought i will admit ,,the pub was busy but it wasnt rowdy
fran and the girls enjoyed it ,i was quiet but you know i cant please everyone ,,any way I PAID ,,,OUCH maybe im just a tight old git lol
