Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling with this feeling lately, and I’m not even sure how to put it. On the outside, things seem fine—I go to work, I hang out with friends, I get things done—but inside, I feel… empty like there’s a constant fog in my mind that I can’t shake.
Infinite Craft Game
Sometimes I wonder if anyone else feels this way, where you’re not sad or anxious in the traditional sense, but everything still feels heavy and dull. I try to push through and distract myself, but it always comes back.
Has anyone experienced this before? How do you cope with that kind of invisible weight that no one else sees?
Thanks for listening.

Re: Feeling Lost Even When Nothing Seems Wrong
I don't know what kind of advice or suggestion I can give you because I'm going through the same thing. If I got help and it worked, then I'd be happy to tell you. It has never happened for me. Although there's little things I do to make myself feel better for the time being. Sometimes the little tools I use to feel better sometimes breaks down and it devastates me.
I have depression and other people seem to be surprised that I have it. When I go out and about (which is not often) I put out a cheerful persona. I don't try to be a fake. I guess I appreciate being around other people, if they're nice to me. I live alone and have never been married. My family is practically non-existent.
Best to you.

I am sorry you are feeling empty. I know that is such a horrible way to feel. What I've learned over many years is that happiness only lasts a short period of time. And then it ends until you find that next thing that makes you happy, and then it ends...and on and on. It is only when you find joy...true joy, that you will never be at a loss.
