Hello - not sure what to say really

Postby IrishBlue » Tue Oct 13, 2015 12:10 pm

I have never reached out for help like this before - never really had to was always strong or appeared laid back and unflappable, but its amazing how things can change in the blink of an eye. I suddenly feel so low, not sad but like I am living in a coal mine, with no way out, I have lost all interest in life, just getting out of bed in the morning is an effort. I really hope there are others on this forum who understand and can discuss.

Hello , Hello Rasberries,

Thanks for that, its the isolation that hurts the most, its good to know that I have an audience that understands.
