I made a list of things I can do to help myself. I'm trying to get towards doing more things for myself, being a bit more independent and proactive. Most of these things are things people do in just normal life... little things I tend not to do... that could just help. So next time I'm having a crappy day, I'm going to try and work through this list... And if I don't feel better by the end of it... well then.. I just don't know
