Poem I wrote about the break up...

Wounded deep
Soul does bleed
Another's selfishness
And heartless greed

Blessings come
Blessings go
Some blessings disguised
As sorrow, deepest woe

What the mind knows is best
Cannot heal the heart
Drenched in sadness
But slowly embracing a new start

Yesterday's tears
Not cried in vain
Catharsis, release, and lessons
Touchstone of growth is pain

s/hopes it is nice what you have written ,your sadness is great ,
but you torture yourself ,why dont you ,write it on a peice of paper and on the next windy day ,go out somewere nice for a walk ,and releise it into the air ,and let it fly away , like a bird if you keep this in a cage within your heart ,it will sing everyday when you wake ,and you unlike
