TOUCHED BY ITS WARMTH !!!!

EARLY THIS MORNING ,in the garden ,i felt the warmth of the sun touch my face ,,the very life giving ball of fire i fear so much in my life ,touched me in a way i have not felt in over 25 years,,,for some reason ,i sat down in its warm glo ,and as i say for the first time many years ,,the pain in my mind eased and i felt a strange peace come over me my mind was calm the visitor was not present i just sat and enjoyed it ,,and drifted into thoughts i cant even remember now .JUST FOR THAT SHORT WHILE I FELT HUMAN AGAIN ,,the sun now brings the longer days that i fear so much ,,,more hours more pain ,,but not for these precious ten minutes before the cloud took the warmth from me ,,and i have now returned to the dark place were i feel safe ,,,it was one of those gifts, short lived as it was ,,i can remember it ,,and know it may return again,,,i just wanted to share this with you all ,,i hope you feel it too ,,,,hope your all safe my dear freinds,,,,hugs lots of love kenny xxxxxx

It sounds wonderful. I am glad you were able to feel that. We have sun here today too. Perhaps I will go out and see if it touches me in the same way.
