I'll start. I'm proud of myself because I managed to get up & walk (exercise) today.

I managed to stay outside, close to ALL day....

Okay. I usually don't like to be outside because I feel people are nosy, I don't like to be seen, I don't like people to know what I'm doing & when, etc.

Usually I am afraid of being outside. I didn't seem to be today. I'm glad.

I'm proud of myself for not only completing my first week back at work, but also occasionally giving an alarmingly plausible impression of a normal person!!!! ( At least to people who don't know me......! )

I'm trying to stay positive.... (as hard as it may be sometimes) but I'm not ready to give up yet.

I'm proud because i actually went out last night and had a good time. Played some volleyball, ate hot dogs straight off the grill, swam.... was fun.

I am trying hard to maintain my relationship with my boyfriend

I am being a good friend to my friends

I have made some beautiful things in my clay class and learned a new skill

I have survived this last horrible year

I am fighting my social anxiety and making myself socialise and go into busy places and leave home a lot more
