I know I'm not the only one out there that has problems losing letters.
How many other people have that problem?
Does anyone know how to get back to a letter after the screen has changed by no mistake of yours?
Does anyone know what is the cause for the blue screen to just get stuck until you have to page-back with the button at the top left?
This is, yes, depressing.

hi Aurelia,
personally i dont really write long letters so i've never had the problem of losing them i guess. Maybe you can try writing them out on some other program such as Word or Notepad first so that you can save at intervals and them paste the whole thing here? It's what i do when i have to write long emails at work cos i hate losing them after having spent time on them hehe. Hope this might help you maybe - take care

This is the first piece of help I've gotten that can actually help. I can't thank you enough. But I don't know how to do that. Can you explain it? I'd go into my writing program - word or whatever and write the letter, and then what?
It's almost like my posts are being removed by someone wanting me to leave. I just went through with a little letter here, and hit every combination of keys I could find, to see what I'm hitting to lose it, and nothing happened. It all worked fine. Hmmmm. I wonder.
But if you could walk me through it, I'd be thrilled.

hello again
what i was suggesting was that after writing the letter in Word (and saving at intervals
), you can copy it from there (Ctrl C) and then paste it in the appropriate place/section or personal message in the forum (Ctrl V) and then send it or submit it. That way even if it does get lost or something when you press the submit button you still have it saved on your word document and all you have to do is paste it again
I hope i have helped you a little and if i didnt explain well enough dont hesitate to just ask again - maybe someone else might explain it better then me cos i'm no computer genius myself hehe. Take care
