are you using the computers at your school to access these sites? maybe someone is looking over your shoulder, or maybe you are leaving traces of where you have been on the web (all web browsers keep a history of where you have been, and this history can be viewed by anybody unless either you wipe your history or you have your own unique login ID) ... if so, maybe you shouldn't use your school computers... and if they seem to know what you write... the first response is.... is to simply deny it 
but i think its best you change your name in these forums ... first you have to figure out how they found out... or did they just happen to look at these forums and then found your posts too detailed and corresponds to your daily life too much so they guessed its you?
hey, don't get depressed... get even... make this your mission to figure out how they find out and prevent them from finding out in the future... but don't let this get you down... just DENY it if you are approached...
