i know what you mean. while a fan of the show, i got to say for me distraction comes from songs and smells, fires on cold frosty mornings remind me of better times and the sea air reminds me of holidays long faded. so if whooshing sounds make you go to a happy place, real or not. then that can be a powerful thing
