Recommend a Book!

It can be anything, but keep it clean! :D

I'll start out with 3 books I've found to be extremely helpful/thought-provoking, in no particular order:

Back to Eden by Jethro Kloss

Living on Live Food by Alissa Cohen

Water & Salt -- The Essence of Life: The Healing Power of Nature
by Dr. med. Barbara Hendel | Peter Ferreira

The Gemstone Healing Guide: A Healing Apothecary by Kristi Huggins

(Different, interesting information. Thought it was worth a look.)

The American Indian Secrets of Crystal Healing by Luc Bourgault (Blue Eagle Ousti Catoui)

(I'm not done with it yet, but I was very profoundly struck by the Introduction. He is one person I would more than love to meet. I wonder what his energy signature would be....)

Good morning Crystalgaze. :D

I just LOVE books & my husband & I have, between us, not far from 3000 of them on a rage of different subjects!

One that I carry around all the time is 'Poland A History', by Adam Zamoyski, (Count Adam Stefan Zamoyski), Hardback. Harper Press. £15.99. 426 pages.

My husband brought it for me a couple of years ago & while its hard & heavy reading at the same time Adam goes back to the time dot when Poland first came about & the horrendous amount of trouble & stress that was tossed into this beautiful & hard working country. They are the original bully victims!

He is himself Polish & royal at that & his amazing Zamoyski family are in there too through the generations. It's a top-of-the rage-book & he also has a wacky sense of humour which occasionally comes out in a couple of things he said!

Happy reading! Jamie.
